Summer Blackberry Smoothie

Great if you have a sweet to0th and you’re on a diet!

Ingredients 

500g Blackberries

2 scoops of ice cream

125ml of milk 

2tbsp Sugar (this depends on how sweet you want it)

 

Method

1. Put all of the ingredients mentioned above into a blender.

2. Blend.

3. Pour into a glass and add a straw.

Enjoy!
