Sunday Night Supper Club with Nicky Patrick at BBC Surrey – Summer special

This time last week we appeared on Nicky Patrick’s BBC Surrey Sunday Night supper club, for the third time.

It’s always great to meet up with Nicky – we talked about trying out a vegetarian diet, fresh gooseberries, plums and fruit from the allotment, how to make the perfect potato salad and an awesome BBQ marinade.

The queen of the salads gave some insights into pickled gherkins, root veg salad, raita, mediterranean tomato salad, why beetroot and feta go together like in hand in glove and how to make the table look fuller during the summer.
