Bloganuary 2023 #18: – What’s your favorite meal to cook and/or eat?

Lasagne – without a doubt, my favourite meal to cook and to eat, and I make the best lasagne in the world. It’s a fact.

I have a recipe on this blog, which I really should update, because my recipe has jumped leaps and bounds over the years. I may even do a video of the whole thing from start to finish.

Also, I’ve only just found this out:

Trivia. Garfield has “loved lasagna” since the day he was born in the kitchen of an Italian restaurant (Mamma Leoni’s). It has usually been his “favorite food” ever since. Jim Davis has stated “I sometimes wish I made pizza Garfield’s favorite food.

https://garfield.fandom.com/wiki/Lasagna_(Food)#:~:text=Trivia,made%20pizza%20Garfield’s%20favorite%20food.

I know Leoni is spelt differently, but it sounds the same when you say it.

What’s yours? I’d love to know, and if there’s a link to a recipe – share it in the comments below. 🙂

Bloganuary is a month-long blogging challenge in January, where you’ll receive a daily writing prompt to inspire you to publish a post on your blog. You can respond to the prompts in any way you like: a story, a picture, a poem, a drawing, a recipe, or even a song. Anything goes!

It’s the best! And it’s taken me a good few years to perfect! 😀
